Online Learning Examples: An Interactive Approach
Our instructional design is focused on practical application of critical concepts. This means that we are enabling clinicians to hone their skills in a non-punitive environment. Our case-based approach enables them to experiment with different approaches and reach different outcomes. Our "Dynamic Sequencing" capability promotes a shared vision of care, enables us to train all providers on the same curriculum and ensures that everyone is speaking the same language. It also provides users with "personalized learning paths" -- allowing more experienced practitioners to traffic through the courses more quickly and supplementing weak areas for clinicians with less experience:
