What sets GNOSIS apart from other medical education courses is its ability to generate, aggregate, and analyze data focused on both usage and performance.

Unlike other solutions, GNOSIS combines the power of knowledge and data to optimize analytics in three ways

measure variation      +     measure learning      +     measure risk

GNOSIS tracks learning at the user, department, and facility level – and benchmarks the results across all users in the U.S. This unprecedented level of transparency gives administrators the tools to more efficiently manage their long-term education strategies and help their clinicians achieve their highest potential.

GNOSIS measures variation

Once a clinician completes an assessment, the knowledge and judgment scores are benchmarked relative to peers and to national averages.

Wide variation among clinical teams is then reduced with GNOSIS learning and tracked through a re-assessment after a period of practice. Score data will also show improvement from the lower quadrant to the highest quadrant.

GNOSIS meaures learning

In addition to benchmarking baseline proficiency, GNOSIS also provides tools to measure learning growth. In other words, does this education model and content actually improve proficiency?

Each client is able to pull their clinician's scores to measure baselines to re-assessments. Scores are plotted on a grid to demonstrate improvement and the efficacy of the education program.

GNOSIS measures risk

While there are general areas of risk based on post-event malpractice claims, there is a deeper level of predictive data that GNOSIS provides, which allows for more proactive mitigation.

This data helps patient safety programs cost-effectively target education and training based on need specific to the clinician, the team, the facility or the system.
